1. Payment Policy

You can complete your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery.

You can pay your order upon receipt (cash on delivery), by giving in cash the amount of the value of the order to the courier company that will deliver your package. Cash on delivery service is extra 3 €.

Cash On Delivery service is provided only for orders within Greece and Cyprus.

After the order is placed, deposit the amount in the bank account of Eurobank.

After the deposit is checked and the exact amount is confirmed, your shipment begins. With the deposit in our bank account, there is no charge on the payment amount if it is done through Eurobank Bank or AlphaBank Bank. In case of deposit to another bank (from the bank you have chosen), the customer will be charged any interbank transaction costs (depositor bank + bank you have chosen).

The deposit must be made within two working days from the day your order was placed. Otherwise order is automatically canceled.

• Payment by credit card.

Eurobank or Vivawallet undertakes the process of clearing your payment by ensuring its security.

Card informations (card number, card security number, expiration date) is transmitted / transmitted over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible from the online store.

2. Shipping Policy

Knowing the requirements of the time and wanting to ensure the fast delivery of its products, e-kellys.com cooperates with the companies Speedex & Elta courrier. The delivery of the products takes place within 1-3 working days in mainland Greece and 2-5 working days in the islands. * For Cyprus the delivery takes place within 3-12 working days. Shipping costs for Cyprus are €10 * For all of Europe shipping costs are €20.00

Also:

a) In case of return of the products, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• * For Outside Europe shipping costs are € 35.00

Upon completion of the order, e-kellys.com sends an e-mail with the shipping code. With this code you can track the progress of your order through the site and know where it is at any time.

In case of delay in your order, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to complete.

 

3. Product Prices

The prices of the site include VAT (24%). E-kellys.com reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time and without prior notice.

 

4. Changes/Returns

The change of the product is free of charge from all over Greece, except for products purchased with a 50% discount or more. In this case the customer is charged 5 €. Τhe change is accepted if it takes place within 15 days from the date of receipt.

• Change in number or design. For product change, the first return is free, while for every change from there and beyond you are charged the shipping 5 €.

• Change due to product defect or design error. Our company checks the products for any defective parts or parts of them. However, in case you receive a problematic or wrong product, you have the right to replace it completely free of charge.

• For changes you must use the company Elta courier or Speedex otherwise you will be charged with shipping costs. Send the parcel through Elta courier or Speedex asking for a charge at e-kellys.com, to Emporio Kyritsi SA Venizelou 22, Thessaloniki.

Necessary condition for the change / return of the product is:

a) Not to be used, worn.

b) Not to bear internal or external damage

c) To be in its original packaging with its reciept.

d) To protect the product box must be wrapped in a bag or package.

 

The customer reserves the right to withdraw from the order for a period of "15 days" from the day of receipt. In order for the money to be refunded, the customer must notify us of an account at his bank where the deposit will be made. Returns are accepted only when made via Elta courier or Speedex and charged by e-kellys.com (recipient charge).

In case of shipment with a different transport company, the parcel will not be received by our company and will be returned to you. Orders paid through a Debit / Credit Card will be reversed on the card that was charged. Otherwise the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you about the impossibility of refund and the return of this package. The refund concerns the value of the products. Any extra charge from courier services are non-refundable! * In case of return without notice, the return is not accepted.
