Return policy

For product returns it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, and are returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. If you want to replace the product with the same product in another number or with another design, you will need to contact us to confirm that it is available.

In case of exchange-return of products from Cyprus and the rest of the world, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and you must first contact with us. For hygiene reasons, no changes or returns are made on all accessories.

The first change is free!

Excluded are the products you have purchased with a 50% discount or more (store), where there is a charge for the 1st change (for shipping costs) € 5.00 / shipping.

For each subsequent change in the same order, there is a charge (for shipping costs) € 5.00 / shipping.

WARNING!: NO REFUND IS MADE ON DISCOUNT PRODUCTS AND GENERALLY ON ANY PRODUCT ON OFFER, OR ON ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS PRICE LOWER THAN ITS NORMAL PRICE

The change can be made in the following ways:

• EXCHANGE ( hand in hand) with the courier who will deliver the new number or design you want.

  * The product must not be worn, the labels have not been removed and they have not been washed.

In case the customer has to return the parcel for the 2nd time, the shipping cost will be charged 5 € for the shipping costs.
