RETURN POLICY
PRODUCT RETURNS (applies only to purchases from the e-shop)
For all product returns, items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned together with the purchase receipt within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item in a different size or for another design, you must first contact us to confirm availability.
In the case of exchanges or returns from Cyprus and the rest of the world, shipping costs are covered by the customer, and prior communication with one of our representatives is required.
For hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns are not accepted for accessories and underwear.
Products purchased with a discount of 50% or more (outlet) are excluded. For these items, there is an extra charge of €5.00 per shipment.
No refunds are issued for outlet products (50% discount or more).
For each additional exchange within the same order, an extra fee applies of €5.00 per shipment.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To successfully complete a return, you must send the completed return form together with the returned products and the retail receipt to the address below. Returns are accepted only after approval by the company.

* The product must be unworn, with tags attached, and not washed.
The exchange can be completed as follows: You contact us and inform us whether you wish to proceed with an exchange, issue of a store credit voucher for a future purchase (valid for 6 months), or a refund. You return the product using the same courier company that delivered it to you, at our expense. Once we receive the product, we proceed with the option you have chosen.
In case the customer needs to return the parcel for a second time, a shipping fee of €5.00 will be charged.
REFUNDS (applies only to purchases from the e-shop)
If you do not wish to exchange your product, please contact us to request a refund.
Provided that the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and the value of the product will be deposited into the bank account you indicate, within 20 business days from the date we receive your return.
The returned product must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase receipt.
For orders paid by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the corresponding account.
If the product is not in its original condition, you will be informed that a refund cannot be issued and the parcel will be returned to you.
Refunds apply only to the value of the products. Any courier or additional service charges are non-refundable.
* In case of a return without prior notice or with shipping charges billed to ekellys, the return will not be accepted.
